4 eggs
1 c water
1 c flour
Beat eggs with wire wisk until foamy. Slowly beat in water, then slowly beat in flour until blended and smooth. DO NOT OVER BEAT.
Pour about 3 TBL on a medium hot griddle and spread into a thin 4" circle. Cook until set but not browned. Flip. Do not brown.
Makes about 16 shells.
